   The proposed new amendments might be seen as a way to bring them together and help those who are serious on this lucrative hustle. The following are proposed requirements BODA BODA riders should have:

  •   Must obtain smart driving license
  •   They must undergo the road safety trainings and first aid
  • They must be a member of registered Saccos or association
  • The license of those found in criminal act to be cancelled with immediate effect
  • Must have a tag indicating their full name and license member
  • Must have an insurance
  • Creating an app for rogue boda boda riders to the citizen.
This change will make it easier to trace the rogue riders and create safety as well. It will equip them with the skills to ride safely on the roads.
